- 2-3 Tbsp Scotch Whiskey
- 1/2 Cup Raspberries

Directions
- Toast the oats in a dry pan over medium heat until lightly golden and fragrant. Let cool.
- Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks.
- Fold the honey, whisky, and most of the toasted oats into the cream.
- Layer the cream mixture with the raspberries in serving glasses.
- Sprinkle the remaining toasted oats on top and garnish with extra raspberries.
