- 1/2 Cup Green Pepper - Chopped

- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Potato Chip - Crushed

- Toss together all the ingredients, but the chips.
- Add chips just before serving.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving it on crisp shredded lettuce.
