- 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce

- 1/2 Cup Green Pepper
- 1 Medium Onion Cooking
- 10 Oz Peas
- 4 Slices Bacon
- 2 Cups Mayonnaise
- 1/3 Cup White Sugar
- 4 Oz Cheddar Cheese
- 4 - Hard Boiled Egg

Directions
Shred lettuce. Chop celery, green pepper and onion. Crumble bacon. Grate cheese.Layer all vegetables in a large bowl or 9x13 inch pan. Spread mayonnaise over the top. Sprinkle sugar with bacon and cheese. Refrigerate overnight and add sliced eggs before serving.
