- 2 Cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Strawberries - Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Blueberries
- 2 Tbsp Pistachios - Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1 Pinch Cinnamon
- 2-3 Tbsp Date Caramel Dipping Sauce

- Line a small baking tray or cutting board with parchment paper.
- Mix the vanilla into the Greek yogurt, if using.
- Spread the yogurt into a rectangle about ½ inch (1 cm) thick.
- Scatter the strawberries and blueberries evenly over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and hemp hearts.
- Drizzle the date caramel over the top using a spoon.
- Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
- Break into pieces and enjoy straight from the freezer.
