2 Carrot 1 Green Pepper 5 Dozen Meatball 1 Onion 1 Red Pepper
Slice veggies into strips. Fry veggies in a bit of oil for 7-8 minutesPut meatballs in a casserole dish, put veggies on top and pour sauce over. Bake at 350 deg. for 1/2 hour.
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Tbsp Chicken Boullion 1 Tbsp Cornstarch 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce 1/4 Cup Vinegar 1/3 Cup Water
Mix ingredients together, bring to a boil and turn down heat let simmer until it thickens stirring occasionally.
