Thoroughly cream margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter.
Sift dry ingredients and stir into cream mixture.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press with the back of a lightly floured fork to make crisscrosses.
Bake in moderate oven (350) about 10 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
For a richer cookie use only two cups of flour.
