Lemon Bars

Ingredients

1/2 Cup	Butter
3	Egg
1 1/2 Cup	Flour
2/3 Cup	Icing Sugar
1/4 Cup	Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Cup	White Sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Soften butter, lightly beat eggs. In bowl combine flour, sugar and butter. Pat into 9X13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes. While it is baking, whisk together eggs, 3 tbsp more flour, icing sugar and lemon juice. Pour over crust while crust is still hot. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until top is golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and dust with additional powdered sugar.
