- Cook the chicken by bringing a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the chicken breast and allow to cook for approximately 25 minutes until fully cooked. Once cooked, allow chicken to rest until cool enough to handle.
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F., spray a 9x9 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium pot add the cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder on medium heat, whisking constantly until the cream cheese has melted and the ingredients are combined. Remove from heat
- Shred the cooled chicken, and add to the sauce.
- Add 1 cup of the mozzarella and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese to the pot. Mix well to combine. Transfer to your prepared pan.
- Top dish with the remaining cheeses.
- Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the sides start to bubble. Switch oven setting to BROIL and cook an additional 3-4 minutes until top is golden brown. Monitor closely and remove immediately once top is desired doneness.
- Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or pita chips.
