- 4 - Squash
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 2 Tbsp Shortening
- 2 Tbsp Butter

Directions
Cut squash into slices about 1/2 inch thick. Melt the shortening and butter in a frying pan. Place quash slices in the pan and simmer over low heat for 8 minutes. Flip over and sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Continue cooking for another 8 minutes until the center of the slices become soft.
