- 4 Medium Chicken Breasts
- 4 Slices Black Forest Ham
- 4 Slices Swiss Cheese
- 1 Can Mushroom Soup
- 1 Cup Mushrooms
- 1 Box Stove Top Stuffing Mix
- 1 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Lightly grease a 9x13 glass baking dish
- Place chicken breasts in a prepared baking dish.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place a slice of ham on each breast.
- Add a slice of cheese on top of ham.
- In a bowl combine the mushroom soup with the sliced / chopped mushrooms
- Add one spoonful of mushroom soup on top of each cheese slice.
- In a separate bowl combine the stuffing mix, chicken broth and melted butter. Let stand for roughly 5 mins.
- Loosely spoon the stuffing mixture on top of the chicken. Don't pack it down.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165 F and the stuffing is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 mins before serving.
