- 1/2 Lb Dried Salt Pork
- 2 - Onion Cooking
- 3 qts Clams
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 3 - Potato
- 2 Cups Cream
- 2 qts Water
- - - Salt
- - - Black Pepper
Directions
Directions
Chop onions and clams. Cook salt pork in fry pan until almost crisp. Drain off excess fat. Add onions and simmer slightly. Place in large pot along with clams, juice and water. Bring to boil. Add potatoes (after dicing), butter and cream, simmer for 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
