- 3/4 Cup Onion Cooking
- 1 Can Mushrooms
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 28 Oz Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Oregano
- 1/4 Tsp Bay Leaf Ground
- 1/8 Tsp Paprika Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Basil
- 1/2 Tsp Thyme
- 9 - Lasagna Noodle
- 1 1/2 Cups Cottage Cheese
- 3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

- Chop onion, garlic and mushrooms (if using fresh).
- Brown hamburger with onion, garlic and mushrooms.
- Add tomato sauce and spices.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Put some sauce on bottom of a 9" x 13" (22cm x 32cm) pan.
- Layers
- First layer - Noodles
- Second layer - Sauce
- Third layer - Combined cottage and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers twice more.
- Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
