- 1/4 Cup Steak Sauce
- 2 Cubes Chicken Boullion
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp White Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Water
- 2 1/2 Lb Chicken
- 1 Lb Stewing Beef
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 Medium Carrot
- 2 Medium Potato
- 16 Oz Stewed Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup Flour

- Chop onion, cube potatoes, slice carrots.
- Combine steak sauce, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, sugar and water in slow cooker.
- stir well.
- Add remaining ingredients except flour; mix carefully.
- Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 to 10 hours; on high setting for 4 hours.
- Before serving, remove chicken and bone, and return meat to slow cooker; stir well.
- To thicken gravy, make a smooth paste of flour and 1/4 cup of juices from stew.
- Add to in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on HIGH setting until thickened.
