Ingredients: 1 Bag Tortillas; 1 Lb Ground Beef; 1 Packet Taco Seasoning; 1/3 Cup Water; 1 Cup Monterrey Jack Cheese - Shredded; 2 Cup Cheddar Cheese - Shredded; 1 Cup Black Bean - Drained and Rinsed; 1 Cup Corn; 1 Medium Tomato - Diced; 1/4 Cup Red Onion - Diced; 1 Small Jalapeno - Sliced; 1/2 Cup Black Olive - Sliced; 1/4 Cup Cilantro leaf - Chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
Spread half of the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
Top with half of the beef, beans, corn, and cheeses.
Add the remaining chips and repeat the layers.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and immediately top with diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, olives, and cilantro.
Finish with dollops of sour cream and guacamole
Serve with salsa and lime wedges.
