- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tsp Margarine (or Butter)
- 1/2 Tsp White Sugar

Directions
- If using canned corn drain or frozen corn let thaw in a strainer to get rid of excess moisture.
- Mix egg, salt, milk, flour, baking powder margarine and sugar.
- Stir until well mixed, add corn and mix again.
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot fat.
- Cook until puffy and golden brown.
- Drain well and serve.
