- 6 - Apple
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 - Egg
- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon

- Cut peeled apples into slices.
- Place apples in pot of water, add sugar and bring to a boil, then keep on a low heat for 25 minutes.
- Drain apples and put into a 9 inch pastry shell.
- Add egg, cream and cinnamon to syrup from boiled apples.
- Bake in oven at 350 F for 25 minutes.
