- 8 Cups White Sugar
- 10 Tbsp Instant Coffee
- 5 Cups Water
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 40 Oz Brandy

- Put sugar in a saucepan.
- Dissolve coffee in the cold water.
- Add to sugar and bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 2 minutes.
- Turn down heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Let cool, stir in vanilla and brandy.
For Tia Maria, use LCBO alcohol instead of brandy.
