- 1 Can Pineapple Tidbits - Well Drained
- 1 Can Mandarin Oranges - Well Drained
- 1 Cup Maraschino Cherries - Halved
- 2 Cups Colored Mini Marshmallows
- 1 Cup Coconut
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Container Cool Whip
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Tsp Almond Extract (or Optional)

- In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, whipped topping, vanilla, and almond extract until smooth and fluffy.
- Fold in the pineapple, mandarin oranges, and maraschino cherries.
- Gently fold in the marshmallows and shredded coconut until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, allowing the flavors to blend and the marshmallows to soften.
- Spoon into a serving bowl.
Garnish with coconut, extra cherries, mandarin oranges, crushed nuts, strawberries, or fresh mint.
