- 1-12 Cup White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter (or Margarine)
- 2 - Egg
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 Cups Fruit
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

- Preheat oven to 350F(175C)
- Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl using a wooden spoon.
- Blend in eggs one at ta time and stir in sour cream and vanilla.
- Add baking soda and flour 1 cup at a time and mix well.
- Stir in 2 cups of fruit.
- Transfer to baking pan and top with crumble.
- Bake in a 9x13 pan for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
This is a very simple recipe and quite versatile. Fresh or frozen fruit can be used but allow a longer cooking time if using frozen fruit.
