Preheat oven to 350F(175C). Line tow 18x12-inch baking sheets with parchment paper.
Using an electric mixer or a wooden spoon, cream the butter and sugar until light. Beat in the eggs one at a time, along with the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and oats in a separate bowl. Add to the butter mixture and beat thoroughly. Fold in the granola, raisins, chocolate chips and walnuts. The mixture will be very stiff. Using a 1-1/4 inch (3cm) ice cream scoop or a tablespoon, drop the cookie dough 3 inches(7.5cm) apart on the prepared pans. Press slightly, the mixture will spread.
Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until set but still soft. Cool for at least 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in a tightly closed container for up to 5 days.
