- 1-1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1-2/3 Cup Flour

- 1 Cup Quick-Cook Rolled-Oat
- 1-1/2 Cup Granola
- 1 Cup Raisins
- 1-1/4 Cup Chocolate chips
- 1-1/4 Cup Walnuts
- 2 - Egg

- Preheat oven to 350F(175C).
- Line a 18x12-inch baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Using an electric mixer or a wooden spoon, cream the butter and sugar until light.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, along with the vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and oats in a separate bowl.
- Add to the butter mixture and beat thoroughly.
- Fold in the granola, raisins, chocolate chips and walnuts. The mixture will be very stiff.
- Using a 1-1/4 inch (3cm) ice cream scoop or a tablespoon, drop the cookie dough 3 inches(7.5cm) apart on the prepared pans.
- Press slightly, the mixture will spread.
- Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until set but still soft.
- Cool for at least 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in a tightly closed container for up to 5 days.
