- 3 Cups Sauerkraut
- 1 - Onion
- 4 Tbsp Butter (or Margarine)

- Prepare store bought perogies as per instructions on package.
- Pan fry for that golden crispy edge.
- Cook Sauerkraut for 5 minutes.
- Place on board and chop fine.
- Cook the onion in melted butter until tender.
- Add Sauerkraut, salt and pepper.
- Cook 5 minutes stirring often.
- Chill before using.
